This luxurious chalet is in a brand new and unique holiday village in Obertraun, at the foot of the imposing Dachstein mountain range and on the banks of the picturesque Hallstättersee near popular Hallstatt. Obertraun is located to the southwest of Salzburg in the Salzkammergut lake district. In the summer it is a very popular holiday area, and in the winter, a much visited ski area. The area is so unique that it was named a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1997. The luxury semi-detached chalet is worth its four stars. All bedrooms have their own bathroom and flat screen TV. The chalet is very charming and fully furnished with its own parking space. Through the open landscape structure of the resort, the park is one with the environment and you will find yourself in the midst of the amazing nature. In the holiday village there is a central building with many facilities including a restaurant, indoor swimming pool, sun terrace, wellness, minimart, children's activities and fitness studio. The public beach at the lake is within walking distance. In the winter, the ski bus stops on the doorstep and you can organize ski rentals on site. The region has many activities and excursions to offer in both winter and summer. In short: an ideal holiday destination at any time of year!
