ISLAND UGLJAN

The island includes a length of 22 km and a width of up to about 3.8 km 50 km ² area. By the Zadar Channel, lies just a few miles from the mainland by a bridge across the strait with the island of Pasman Zdrelac connected to the south. The island was already inhabited in Roman times.
