This charming cottage is located in the first row down the lakes in the middle of the beautiful mid-Jutland.
From the house, surrounded by hills, woods and fields, there are great views to the forest behind, so that at any time of day can experience wildlife up close. Should you feel an urge to try his luck as an angler, it is advisable to bring your fishing rod and tackle, as Guden offers good fishing opportunities. For conservation reasons it is not allowed to fish from the bridge on the site, but you can paddle out with house canoe or imagined by one of the landscaped grounds along the width (about 10 min. walk from the house).
Altogether, there are numerous possibilities to combine relaxation with activities and experiences when you are on holiday in NSW. How about a hike in the hilly terrain or a canoe trip on one of the many lakes and rivers? Or perhaps a bike ride - eg. to the nearby medieval monastery "Monastic Museum" - or a cruise on the lakes at Hjejlen Himmelbjerget foot?
Should nature combined with culture, there are in Silkeborg great shopping and a wealth of museums, art galleries, events and entertainment. Also Ry, located in the immediate vicinity of the cottage is a good and charming market, where you can easily get one day to go and finish with a delicious meal at one of the many cozy inns and restaurants located in and around the city.
