This beautiful cottage is located at Lild directly down to the lovely beach. The house is the most amazing views over the North Sea - a prospect that can be enjoyed from both house's large panoramic windows from one of the three outdoor terraces. Actually, this holiday house so close to the sea, to sea spray reaches up to the windows in a storm, and the soothing sound of waves lapping constant can be discerned as "background music".
Near the cottage you will find Bulbjerg, a 47 m high limestone cliffs, which is Denmark's only bird cliff and the southernmost breeding ground for kittiwakes. From the top of Bulbjerg is a unique view over the North Sea and dunes, plantations and heath land in the area, while at the foot of the cliff may be lucky to find fossilized sea urchins and other fossils. There is not much to shallows, northern Europe's largest bird sanctuary, where there is ample opportunity to experience the rare species from some of the many vantage points and established bird hides, so do not forget the binoculars!
