Holiday House - description
Beautiful placed wooden house with view to the fjord and with swimming pool.
The house is placed in quiet and peaceful surroundings in the bottom of Avnø fjord. It is a nice place for children to go bathing due to the shallow beach. On the other side of Avnø Fjord there is Knudshoved Odde (approximately 2 kilometres from the house), where there are access to 16 kilometres long bathing beach. The area of Avnø is known by the most wonderful nature areas with a lot of bird and animal life, there is even a slight possibility of getting to see a seal in the water.
The house is very cosy and old fashioned it is placed on a ground of ca. 1.722m² where there is a terrace, garden furniture, sandpit, swing and an outdoor swimming pool which is ca. 40m², the swimming pool will be open from the 1th of June until the 1th of September. The pool is partly heated by solar heat, and the temperature is normally between 15-18 degrees. There can/will be inspections and control of the swimming pool while the tenant uses the house.
The house contains:
Living room with: eating area, wood stove, TV with Danish and German channels.
Small kitchen with: electric cooker, baking oven, refrigerator, micro oven, dishwasher and a washing machine.
3 rooms: 1 double bed + closet, 4 beds (bunk beds), Annex with 1 double bed, 1 child bed and a high chair.
Small bathroom with toilet, hand wash and shower.
The owner has added an extension to the house which is not to be used by the tenant – the extension is slowly under construction but there will not be worked on it while there are visitors in the house.
