There are two closed terraces where you can prolong the bright summer nights and the kids can run around without too much supervision. Fanø 15 km long white sand beach is among Northern Europe's best beaches, and it is not uncommon to find a few good pieces of amber on the beach. It is permissible to take the car to the beach and run between Sønderho in the south and Fano Bad to the north. Fanø largest city, Nordby, you can experience a ride through the city's ancient, narrow streets, where the Fano-thatched houses with their beautiful gardens lie side by side with cozy cafes, interesting shops and galleries. In summer you can even get around by horse and cart. NO smoking house.
