Located on a large natural plot in Houstrup beach, this well-kept and attractive holiday cottage with a swimming pool offers plenty of space, both indoor and outdoor, for two families. The closed terrace is ideal for children and pets.

This well-furnished wooden house in light colours has many large windows, allowing the natural light to enter the rooms. There is an overall good and relaxing atmosphere. You can enjoy a good book or watch a film next to the comforting wood burning stove.

There are 4 bedrooms, two of which have double beds, the other two have two single beds. There is the possibility of making a double extra bed on the mezzanine. One bedroom is equipped with a flat screen TV with an analogue signal. The living room also has a flat screen TV. The kitchen and the furniture were renewed in 2005.

The swimming pool room, from where there is a view to the open plan kitchen/living room, will in no doubt become the heart of the house. It is provided with a swimming pool with a counter current system, a water slide, a large whirlpool and an entrance to the solarium and the sauna.

The garden is supplied with a football goal and some swings. There is a local playground in the area.

Houstrup is famous for being a scenic countryside close to the North Sea, the fjord of Ringkøbing, large forests and vast moors, worth exploring by foot in the beautiful paths in a diverse and sloping terrain. Here, wild animals are often seen in between the dunes. The particularly large population of red deer is noticeable.
