First-class holiday home with beautiful views across the Limfjord in the beautiful area of Gjellerodde near Lemvig. The location is perfect with a panoramic view over the fjord. You can also enjoy a view towards the North Sea. The house is situated high on a slope from where a gorge and a network of paths is leading down to the beach area with eatery and grocery shop. The house has a lovely terrace construction of 70 m² and a lovely patio. The house is tastefully decorated with living room in open connection with a modern kitchen. From here there is access to submerged TV-room. Beautiful bathroom with spa and sauna. In addition, a guest toilet and 3 bedrooms. Gjellerodde is located right next to the Limfjord with bicycle and footpaths along the Limfjord and approx. 2.5 kilometres from downtown and shopping in Lemvig. There is also Lemvig's marina, 18 hole golf course, rowing and yacht club and a lovely family friendly beach. Not to mention the proximity to the North Sea and Klosterheden - one of Denmark's greatest conifer forests with plenty of natural experiences. Major tourist attractions within short driving distance include Jyllands Aquarium and Seaside Center in Thyboron, Hjerl Hede Open Air Museum, Jesperhus Flowers and amusement park, Mønsted Kalkgruber and Spøttrup medieval castle.
