Lavishly renovated old house in a pretty village, situated on a hilltop hamlet Grignon, 71 km north-west of Dijon, 14 km from Montbard. Shopping, Wednesday market, restaurants, lake, tennis courts, golf course (7-hole), bike hire in each Venarey-les-Laumes 7 km. Swimming in Montbard. The house stands on a slope with closed meadow land and patio (garden furniture and barbecue) and offers a magnificent panoramic view. Parking on the street. Preserving architectural details tastefully renovated house: stone stairs over 3 floors, old stone vault in the basement, old stone and tile floor. Good, stylish comforts and some old furniture. TV. Washing machine, iron / ironing board. Electric heating.

BURGUNDY

Many is the Burgundy as one of the most fascinating regions of France. The wealth of art and architectural treasures, historic sites, culinary delights and world-famous wines and its charm and diversity of their nature, these old cultural landscape make it a special attraction for lovers of France. The past splendor reveals itself most clearly in the passenger Dijon with the magnificent Ducal Palace in the heart of the rich architectural jewels of Old Town. The 'other', the spiritual meaning of Burgundy reveals itself to the visitors of the many ancient monasteries and churches, including the abbeys of Fontenay, Cluny and Citeaux, the religious life of the Middle Ages had a decisive influence.
