Kitchen (4 hotplates, oven, dishwasher, micro wave, freezer). Bath-room, shower/WC, sep. WC. Heating, air-conditioning. Upper floor: open gallery with sloping ceilings, ceiling height 120 - 210 cm with 1 double bed. Terrace 30 m², south facing position. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs. Facilities: washing machine. Reserved parking (fenced, 2 cars). Please note: access to one of the double bedrooms is through the bathroom.
House. Outside the resort. Private: grounds 3'000 m² (fenced) with trees, swimming pool (6 x 11 m, 01.04.-31.10.). Shop 10 km, grocers 4 km, restaurant 10 km. Please note: car essential. On request, the swimming pool can be heated in low season (depending on the weather), supplement according to energy use (approx. 100 euros to be paid for on site). The keyholder lives in the lower part of the house, with a separate entrance.
Small village with 200 inhabitants, in the countryside, 14 km from Sommières, 30 km from Nîmes, 38 km from Montpellier. All shops, restaurants etc. in Sommières.
Access: motorway A9, exit number 25 "Nîmes-ouest". For arrivals by plane: airport Nîmes (FNI) 40 km, Montpellier (MPL) 47 km.
