Built in 2001 in typical style, the house is located between the village of Le Sainte-Beuve and the Forest Caul Basse Forêt d'Eu (each about 500 m) with numerous hiking options. Approx. 800 m², enclosed grounds (grass / gravel), covered terrace with furniture, barbecue. Table tennis. Parking. The property borders a 2,000 square meter orchard. Approx. 200 m away from the house is the property of the owners, and make and sell cider. The basement of the house and garage on the property serve as a warehouse and can be used from time to time (rarely) by the landlord. Caule le Sainte Beuve

Small village in the varied and beautiful Pays de Bray, 45 km south-east of Dieppe with beaches. In Forges-les-Eaux (23 miles) Spa (sauna, jacuzzi), outdoor swimming pool with large slide, numerous cafes, restaurants and casino.
