Beautifully furnished house with lovely large garden  Position: Half a mile from the village of Asnieres la Giraud for everyday shopping, the picturesque town of Saint Jean d'Angely is four miles away for extensive shopping, supermarket, restaurants and weekly market. La Rochelle and Rochefort are under an hour away. There is a golf course in Fontcouverte, near Saintes. Under an hour to the beaches at Fouras, Ile d'Oleron and Royan. Situated in a peaceful village, the house and garden are enclosed with access through a secure gate.  Large well tended garden with covered swimming pool (10x5m 14/05-15/10). Terrace and pergola with garden furniture and barbecue, very pleasant in the evening.
