This charming 72 m² apartment is located in an attractive residential building in a quiet area. The entrance to the apartment is through a tranquil, enclosed square. The building was built in 1980's and is typical from this period. They have undergone extensive renovations in the autumn of 2004. All the citys places of interest are within easy reach by foot or public transport. The Hackesche Hofe shopping area is only a 10 minute walk. This fascinating area is made up of enclosed squares with interesting architectural styles. The Hackesche Market is an excellent place to enjoy a cup of coffee. The Alexander Platz is around 15 minutes away on foot. The famous Unter den Linden avenue with its shops and museums is a 30 minute walk. The Rosenthaler Platz metro station and a number of tram stops are near the apartment. Some equipment in the apartment such as a radio, CD and DVD players can be provided depending on availability. Please reserve when booking. A hairdryer is included. Please note that there is a 20 EU late check-in fee for check-ins after 21:00.
