Only 75 km from Akureyri and 68 km from Husavik, Icelandic standards is so close, in this house in Engi Bárdaldálur, a beautiful valley. For all those interested in the volcanoes and the inner Iceland, a volcanic caldera is interesting to visit, go to the bus tours. Very close to the house is the waterfall Godafoss, the largest waterfall in Europe, the Dettifoss it is not far away. Did you come because of the many different Icelandic horses in Iceland - no problem, next you can ride. Experience the river rafting, look for the Lake Myvatn in Iceland very interesting, go to the islands of Grimsey and Hrísey and experience the beautiful nature there. If you want to learn about the history of the country, you can make a trip to the Museum of Akureyri or eat something nice there in one of the many restaurants. The nearest store is 28 miles from home and maybe you find something that you can grill on the patio. A typical Icelandic house with all that is needed for an enjoyable holiday.
