This well-run village Europe Garden under German-Italian management is promising the hillside below Silvi Alta (1 km). Silvi Marina 2.5 km. On the 50 acres of terraced land with 400 olive trees are grouped 48 Mobile Homes (including 8x SVR 102), 110 bungalows (SVR 100/101), and a building with 30 apartments. On the outskirts there are 50 tent and caravan pitches.

The sports and leisure facilities: Nice pool (25 x 12 m deep and 3.50 m, Badekappenpflicht, open all season) with jacuzzi, children's pool (8 x 4 m, 80 cm deep) with water slide, sun terrace with deck chairs and umbrellas, small snack bar. Table tennis. Tennis (July / August tennis tournaments). Half-day excursions into the surrounding environment (late June to late August, payment). Free shuttle service (approximately 5-10 min) to the private beach to Silvi Marina (12.05.-08.09., 1 umbrella and 2 deckchairs per house / apartment rental included). On the beach and within the plant animation for adults and children, mini club from 3-10 years, also in German. Beach Volleyball. Pedal boat rental.

In the resort: reception, bar / restaurant / pizzeria with panoramic terrace, supermarket, bazaar, first-aid station, laundry room with coin operated laundry, office.

The SVR 100 / 101 bungalows (1 bungalow with two detached houses) and the 2008 newly established mobile home SVR 102 are arranged in terraces surrounded by olive groves, some with beautiful views of the coast. 1 parking space per each house in the area, further to the main car park within the complex (bound). 23.00 bis 07.00 clock within the system remains closed for cars.

All bungalows have a covered patio with furniture, SVR 101 with yet another side terrace. The SVR 102 mobile homes have veranda with furniture. Each practical setting for holidays. Satellite TV. Room safe (SVR 100/101). BBQ (on request). All units have internet access (W-LAN, inclusive). No heating facilities.

SVR 1023-bedroom mobile home, about 24 m² plus Veranda (approx. 9 m²). 3 steps in living room / bedroom with sofa bed, dining area and kitchen (4 flames). Double room. Twin Room. Shower / WC.

Silvi Marina

Silvi Marina, 18 km north of Pescara is one of the busy beach resorts of Abruzzo's Adriatic coast. The mile-long, gently sloping sandy beach is well suited for families with young children. A variety of sports and entertainment venues is just as natural as the great selection of restaurants, shops, night clubs and discos. Less than 6 km above the Adriatic coast, on a hill (250 m) in a panoramic position is the quieter district of Silvi 'Alta', with its medieval town center, winding narrow streets and a few bars and restaurants. Silvi Alta is a popular destination for coastal residents. From the Piazza 'Balcone' spectacular view of the deep sea below.

Abruzzo

The lesser-known tourist region on the southern Adriatic presents mountainous, wooded, picturesque villages and numerous medieval castles. The Apennines in the Abruzzo region reached its highest point with the Corno Grande (2912 m) within the mountain massif of the Gran Sasso. 2 large national parks with good and even demanding of marked hiking trails. The seaside resorts of the southern Adriatic are within easy reach of good roads. In high summer the beaches are busy, the vast majority of the audience are Italian swimmers. The region is known for its tasty and versatile cuisine. Besides the good wines (Montepulciano d'Abruzzo) are the various types of cheese (pecorino, scamorza) some of the specialties. Recommended are typical Local (agriturismo) with regional cuisine. The mild climate is ideal for holidays, which may well begin in the spring and well into the autumn, have their charms.
