The bungalow complex SAN GIORGIO VACANZE located at the Punta San Sivino away with direct access to the lake, 2 km from Moniga del Garda. 1 parking space per dwelling on the property. On the 32 000 m² of land with grass and trees standing about 56 bungalows. There are 50 tent sites. In the complex: (. 31 x 15 m, 01.05.-15.09) swimming pool with children's pool (5 x 3.5 m) and sun loungers. Reception, bar, supermarket, pizzeria (in the first floor terrace overlooking the lake) and restaurant (open until early May weekends only). MONIGA DEL GARDA

Moniga, a small, family-oriented village on the southwestern shore of Lake Garda, lies 8 km north of Desenzano del Garda and 5 km south of Manerba. First mention of the place was already around the year 1000 From this period are the remains of the once mighty fort at the entrance. The hilly landscape of the Valtenesi is the green frame with olive trees, cypresses and intense wine that generates one of the best light white wines of the region. Sports and entertainment in the nearby resorts of Desenzano and Salò. 18-hole golf courses in Soiano and Limone. Shops, businesses and sympathetic, small restaurants in town.

GARDA

While we freeze north of the Alps, it is on Lake Garda - the 'north south' - already spring. In late February / early March bloom cherry and almond trees. The climate is pleasant, the summers are warm, often humid, and so feel brilliant bougainvillea, oleander, olive trees, laurels and magnolias as well as the considerable number of tourists. Lake Garda, Italy's largest lake, 52 km long, is in the north and narrow fjord-like, in the south it widens to a width of 17 km. A single road, the 'Gardesana' circles the lake, often with difficulty, partly because the rocks fall abruptly into the lake. Shields in the east of the mighty backs of Monte Baldo (2216 meters), a botanist's paradise, the lake, on the west, above the Lombard shore lies the Monte Tremalzo (1975 m). Pulls the good surfers to Torbole with its strong winds. Up here on the banks of Trentino motor boats are not allowed. The surf beginners feel more comfortable in the south of the lake, where it is suitable with its shallow shores and some slightly larger pebble beaches for families with children. On and around the lake grow the bright red, dry and light Bardolino, Lugana and dry Soave. Desk of the lake is an excellent location, we mention only Verona, the city of Romeo and Juliet and the opera festival in the Arena. Venice, Vicenza, Brescia, Mantua, Cremona and Trent are worth an extended visit.
