The modern small detached houses are available in three adjacent, beautifully landscaped residential facilities in the district of Lido di Fondi, 12 km north-west of Sperlonga. Nearest shops and restaurants in the bustling town of Terracina (5 miles). Nearest supermarket 3 km. The wide sandy beach is about 400 m (some road crossing, some underpasses). Each plant (approximately 80 houses) has remote-controlled gate and traffic calming internal roads. Each of small, enclosed garden with parking for one car. Covered patio with furniture. Holiday facilities. Tile floors. Satellite TV. Washing machine. Mostly air conditioned.


Local service charges: EUR 25 per person / week (depending on occupancy). If required, air conditioning (if any), EUR 7/day. Linen provided, changed weekly. Deposit EUR 150 Cot EUR 30/week (order). Pets are not allowed.

SPERLONGA

Sperlonga is situated between Rome and Naples (each approximately 110 km) south of Lazio. The old Sperlonga, of Greek origin, with the charming, winding old town, perched like a castle high on a promontory overlooking the sea. At the foot of the rock is a picturesque pier and small marina. The lively piazza every night of Sperlonga is an attraction for locals and tourists. To the west, on a 1.2 km long, approximately 10-20 m wide, sandy beach, covers the newer Sperlonga Mare with almost all the hotels of the place. To the east, another about 500 m long and 50-40 m wide beach. Subsequently followed by several beautiful small bays; attractive here is the change from a sandy beach with rocky cliffs and coves, ideal for snorkeling and diving. Within a day trip there are many good achievable goals: the near Gaeta, Capua, Naples, Pompeii, Paestum, Rome and the island of Ponza.
