Exclusive private villa in the countryside around Lake Bracciano; about 50 km from the centre of Rome. The villa, owned by a well-known actrice, boasts a whole range of amenities and offers guests a relaxing stay. Rooms feature colour TV with decoder, DVD player, telephone and mini-bar. There is also a good-sized private garden with swimming pool, sauna, heated Jacuzzi, a large veranda and open air dining. It also offers a private parking area, a brick barbecue, utility area and lots more besides. This is the perfect area for walking, bike riding and horseback excursions around Lake Bracciano (2km away). Horse riding trips can be arranged. The centre of Bracciano is also 2km away, where you will find all the usual amenities including restaurants, shops, etc. An agreement has been reached with a local restaurant -1 km away, who can offer catering upon request. In the surrounding area: the Lakes Bracciano (for sailing lessons and windsurfing), Martignano, Vico and Bolsena. Beaches: Santa Severa and Santa Marinella. Rome can be reached effortlessly from Bracciano by either car or train. The railway line passes at ca. 100m of the holiday home (it is a secondary railway line which leads to Rome). Extra information; The last 500m of the road are not paved. Small dogs are admitted (dogs must measure no more than 40 cm from the withers). The owner reserves the right to demand a surplus cleaning charge from those caught breaking the rules. Offenders may even be asked to vacate the premises. Inclusive in the price: towel change every Wednesday and general cleaning every Saturday with towel and linen change. Use of the Jacuzzi is free in high season. Extra fee-based services: Waitress service: 10 per hour. Baby-sitter: 15 per hour, or 50 per night. Wood for the chimney: 25 per one hundred kilograms. Telephone: national and international phone cards can be supplied upon request - starting at 5 each. Use of the Jacuzzi (low season: October to April inclusive): 200 per week (in working order day and night, with 40 temperature water). Sauna: 30 per day, in service from 10:00 to 13:00. Upon request: use of stables for guest's own horses (price to be agreed). The stable block is situated 2 km away. Riding lessons can also be arranged. Debit/credit card service: extra costs must be paid in advance by credit card.
