Panoramic situated holiday house in a century old, into a holiday destination transformed country house, on a woody park of 20 ha. Surrounded by fruit-, olive- and chestnut trees, this is an ideal location to nicely settle down and to enjoy all the beauty this province has to offer. For an example, Rome is at only 80 km. distance and easy to reach but also Viterbo (3 km.) is certainly worth it. The very beautiful Lago di Bolsena lies at 20 km. and in where you can surf, sail and swim. The environment defines itself further by its historical, Etruscan past and natural beauty. But in case you dont feel like leaving the area, you can deliciously amuse yourself at the spacious shared swimming pool while your children run around in the garden. The by us, for you reserved apartment (of a total of 5 accommodations) is situated on the first floor with a nice view at the swimming pool.

Tips from owner:
If you come from A1 motorway Let's exit at Orte's tollgate, cover expressway between Orte and Viterbo (approximately 25 Km), let's exit at Viterbo North's gate.Don't enter in town center, drive along the walls of the city and follow the signs for Lago di Vico and Ronciglione until to turn into Strada Cimina road. Let's run along it for about 2 km and go beyond Total petrol pump: on the left you will see first "Di Marco" factory's sign, than "Isal" factory's sing and, at last, our sign with an horse jumping. Let's turn right on country way, following "La Meridiana " sign. If you come from Rome Let's cover SS 2 (Cassia Bis) following indications for Viterbo. Let's go beyond Vetralla city and follow indications for Viterbo Sud. When you arrive in Viterbo town, at second traffic lights (on left side you'll see the ancient walls of Viterbo), let's turn right into Strada Cimina road. Let's run along it for about 2 km and go beyond Total petrol pump: on the left you will see first "Di Marco" factory's sign, than "Isal" factory's sing and, at last, our sign with an horse jumping. Let's turn right oncountry way, following "La Meridiana " sign.
