The resort opened in 2006, IL Poderino Della Nonna is located on a hillside overlooking the sea, 2 km outside of Montefiore dell'Aso. Next beach at Pedaso (8 miles). The Riviera delle Palme in Cupra Marittima, 12 km. Driveway approximately 50 m over gravel. Remote controlled gate. Shaded parking on the property.

The approximately 3-acre, fully fenced land with olive trees, lavender bushes and Mediterranean plants are terraced. In the upper plot of land located three buildings: The building comprising the dwelling of the owner, the front desk and a large covered terrace with large dining area, wood stove, outdoor grill, and satellite TV (big screen), for the common use of all guests. Here are occasional pizza or party organized for the customer and television programs such as Football games transmitted. On the other two buildings are spread eight apartments. The owner has a dog. Montefiore dell'Aso

The characteristic town with well-preserved city wall stretches along a ridge, at about 400 m altitude, 12 km west of Cupra Marittima and 32 km northwest models of San Benedetto del Tronto on the Riviera palm. From the vantage point of 'Belvedere De Carolis' panoramic views of the Sibillini Mountains to the sea. Center of the old town with its picturesque streets and stairways and to marks so typical brick houses from the Renaissance, the Piazza della Repubblica with the Collegiate Church of Santa Lucia.
