A modern and elegant residence with 25 unique and beautiful apartments which are equipped with all comforts. The residence is located in the hills of Tortoreto at 200 m in elevation, approx. 4 km from the sea and near the historic centre of Tortoreto Alto. The picture perfect landscape is beautifully varied, from rugged mountains to the Gran Sasso to the Adriatic sea with sandy beaches. The apartments are furnished with elegant furniture and the atmosphere is refined. The communal garden is full of plants and flowers and the communal terraces and pool offer lovely places to relax. There is a free commuter bus to and from the sea and the beach and the residence has special prices for parasols and beach chairs on the beach.
