Overijssel
House:
Welcome on the sail boat Oban, moored in the centre of the Hanse Stadt Kampen, on the IJssel. The ship, built in 1903 as Herring logger, is used as sailing charter since 1985. The interior is cosy and is ideal to visit the old city of Kampen. Its good location on the IJssel, a short distance away from the IJssel lake, makes Kampen into one of the best watersports areas. Good public facilities, a thriving society life and a significant cultural heritage made Kampen into what it is now. On summer days the ship can be rented to go sailing, please contact our booking centre for more information. The child-friendly ship (high railings) also as a bath on board which is very unusual. In a nutshell: if you want an authentic and slightly different holiday, choose this ship as your holiday home !
