The house is situated in the national park - Gryzynski house, surrounded by trees. In a quiet, sunny position, directly by the woods edge, 1.2 km from the lake, in the countryside. For shared use: grounds 1'600 m² (fenced), garden. Garden furniture, barbecue, children's playground (swing, sandpit). In the house: sauna (extra). Washing machine, bicycles available (extra). Parking by the house. Shop 20 m, bar 50 m, bus stop 100 m, sandy beach 1.2 km. Riding stables 200 m. Please note: the owner lives in the same grounds. It is possible to hire mountain bikes or a Polish 4x4 with or without driver (extra). Your owner can arrange the following for you: hunting, canoe trips, various excursions (eg. viewing bunkers), paintballing, bonfire with wild boar grill as well as meal preparation (all extra). Watersports' equipment can be hired 1.2 km away.
The town of Grazyna is in the Lubuski lakes region, in the Rzepinski primeval forest. Small, quiet village directly by the lake, 20 km from Kosno Odrzanskie, 20 km from Swiebodzin, 65 km from Zielona Góra. In the resort: grocers. More possibilities for shopping and entertainments 10 - 65 km.
Access: railway station "Krsno Odrzanskie" 20 km. Bus service. For arrivals by plane: airport Poznan (POZ) 60 km.
