It offers everything for a comfortable stay, for example a kingsize bedroom with a bed from 2x2m. There also is a children's bedroom with children's bathroom. In the nicely maintained garden, with various terraces, also the fenced private swimming pool is located. Furthermore the villa offers a jacuzzi, sauna, massage shower, a summer barbecue patio to spend evenings and dinners in the open air, childrens playground, central 60m² snooker room, playroom for children etc. which make this villa a true paradise. The villa stands in a large golfcourse, from the garden you look out on hole 17. From the villa there is a direct access to the 18-hole golf course of Quinta do Perú and its club house, restaurant and tennis court (entrance to pay on the spot).
