The kitchen/dining room is equipped with a coal burning cooker (however, there is another electric cooker with 4 hot plates). The 1st floor has wooden floors. 2 kerosene heaters.
Terraced house. In the resort, 300 m from the centre of San Vicente del Monte, in a quiet position. Parking by the house. Grocers 200 m, restaurant 1 km, sandy beach 15 km. Grounds partly with lawn and terrace (500 m²) with furniture. Barbecue with summer kitchen.
Small farming village with 250 inhabitants in the western part of the region, 6 km south-west from Cabezon de la Sal, 15 km south-east from St Vicente de la Barquera, 48 km south-west from Santander. In the resort: supermarket, shops, bar.
Access: railway station "Cabezon de la Sal". Santillana del Mar 38 km. Palya de Oyambre 20 km. Picos de Europa 60 km. For arrivals by plane: airport Santander (SDR), Bilbao (BIO), Asturias (OVD). It is possible to take many pretty trips into the mountains, which divide the Cantabrian coast. Oyambre beach, which forms part of the pretty nature park of the same name, approx. 20 km. It is possible to play golf in San Vicente de la Barquera 25 km ("Golf Sta Marina").
