This cosily decorated, semi-detached holiday home in the north of Mallorca, is within walking distance of the beach. The house is located on a small holiday complex with 8 other villa’s, where you can enjoy the communal pool and sun terrace. The pool is centrally situated between the various holiday homes and is perfectly accessible for everyone. Dive into the swimming pool, or into the nearby sea. The home is fitted with all modern conveniences and contemporary, yet tastefully decorated. Light and space are created by the many windows. At night you can enjoy a lovely Spanish meal on your private terrace, while enjoying the view over the sea and the by rocks fenced off bays. The former fishing-village Cala Sant Vicenç offers you, besides beautiful beaches, many restaurants and bars. In the hinterland you’ll find the village of Pollença (3 km) with a medieval centre, characteristic squares and colourful markets. The surroundings are perfect for hiking, and directly behind the home you’ll find forests and mountains. Golfers will have the time of their lives here with the many golf courses in the area. The city of Palma is a 45 minute drive away and definitely worth a visit. Stroll through the narrow streets or have a drink at one of the cosy squares. This holiday home with a beautiful view and a high comfort level is the perfect place to spend a relaxing holiday on Mallorca.
