The apartments are located west of the small town of Son Bou, depending on location about 600-900 m away. From the long sandy beach (approximately linear 250 m) are the only apartments by the protected reed zone and a residential street away. Because of the reed area, there is only one access to the sandy beach, about to walk 400-700 m, about the car 700-1000 m. Restaurant about 150 m, supermarket about 250 m. The renovated apartments are located in several two-story buildings, each with 12-14 units. In between sprawling, manicured lawns, surrounded by palm trees and ornamental shrubs and connecting trails. Facilities include two communal swimming pools (approx. 25 x 15 m and about 10 x 15 m, irregular shape), each with a paddling pool and outdoor shower. With two pools each restaurant. The apartments are either ground floor with a covered terrace (approx. 5 m) or in the first Floor with partly covered terrace (approx. 5 m), each to the other side covered balcony (about 4 m²). Son Bou.Sant Jaume

Son Bou, sometimes called Sant Jaume, 8 km south of Alaior on the south coast of Menorca. The capital Mahon 20 km. Son Bou is popular with the approximately 3 km long, gently sloping sand dune beach, the longest in the island to the west and almost completely untouched and without buildings. At the other end, near the shops and restaurants of the large central park. On the beach, cafeteria, lawn chair and boat rentals. A reed-protected habitat immediately adjacent to the sand dunes. Son Bou is a tourist community with three hotels, several apartment complexes and individual villas. MENORCA

Originally, romantic and often presents itself a little windy Mallorca's little sister, the easternmost island of Menorca, Balearic Islands.
