The resort SOLARIA with three max. five-story apartment buildings (with lift), some single family homes and townhouses located at the entrance to Dischmatal sunny, with a view to Parsenn and Jacob Horn. Restaurant about 300 m, Davos-Dorf town center and shopping around 400 m, approximately Parsennbahn 600 m, bus stop outside the complex.

At the entrance of the complex central reception hall with reception and free Internet Point. Available at no extra charge (subject to availability) at the reception in a microwave, mini oven, adapters, board games, bicycles and scooters (subject to availability). Each charge, also at the reception: buns, breakfast and complimentary newspaper, computer games, DVD players and movies. In the complex playground with table tennis. Laundry room with washer, dryer (each payment) and ironing facilities for joint use of guests. Upon request, Outdoor parking CHF 5 per day for each DAS 107/108 1 garage space included. Additional parking spaces subject to availability, CHF 8 per day (reservation on arrival).

All units are attractively furnished with good comfort, the beds are 2 meters long and made up on arrival. Each cable-TV (German channels), radio, Internet access (W-LAN, payment), southwest exposure with a furnished balcony or terrace. The DAS 101/103/105/107/108 types, each with high-quality linoleum, carpet and with THE 102/106 IS 100 with laminate flooring.


Local service charges: taxes. Towels provided (change as needed). Additional bed CHF 20 per day, only possible in THE 100/102/106 (order). Cot free of charge (order). High chair / changing mat without charge (please order). Pet CHF 60 for the 100/101, CHF 90 for the 102/103, CHF 110 for the 105-108, on a per residence (application).

Davos

Davos can think of many things: the world-famous spa town, the Thomas Mann's Magic Mountain immortalized at the World Economic Forum, which meets annually on there or at the highest town in Europe about 1560 m altitude, with about 11 000 inhabitants. Davos, a famous winter resort has to offer in the summer stuff. Located in a high valley in Prättigau, 60 km from the cantonal capital of Chur and 150 km from Zurich, the place combines beautiful scenery with an urban flair. Overnight guests get the 'Davos Klosters Inclusive Card', which to many discounts, and others entitled to the following free services: free travel on all mountain railways (corresponding to summer schedule) in Davos and Klosters, on the Rhaetian Railway between Klosters, Davos and Filisur, free admission to Alpinum Schatzalp and a lot more. For cycling enthusiasts, there are approximately 600 km of marked trails for hikers are around 700 km of hiking trails accessible by various proposed routes of varying difficulty. Lake Davos offers a beach, water sports (sailing, windsurfing, fishing), and beautiful walking trails around the lake.
