This new connected villa is located in the pretty Seaside complex, at 2 minutes' walk from the beach, with a beautiful and free sea view. There is a 195 m² communal freshwater swimming pool, a 20 m² children pool and well maintained communal gardens which offer ample space for swimming, sunbathing and relaxing. The Seaside complex is located along the beach of Calis and has fabulous sea views. A perfect place to experience the breathtaking sun set behind the islands of Fethiye. At only 40m from the beach, the scent of the Mediterranean Sea will waft over your terrace. At a short distance away the local dolmus will take you to Fethiye and the nearby villages and cities for very little money. You will find various shops, restaurants and bars in the centre of Calis - within walking distance. From Fethiye boating trips leave daily to the 12 islands before the coast and you can enjoy the beautiful nature. A visit to a Turkish bath is recommended. You could make many excursions, for example to breathtaking Olüdeniz where you can do paragliding; Saklikent where you can cool off from the tropical heat in the ice cold water and go rafting; Thlos and its ruins; Dalyan, famous for its mud baths and tortoises (also a good place to go fishing). Excursions of several days to Ephesus/Pamukkale and even Rhodes are definitely worth it. The water sports enthusiasts will find all they need here: windsurfing, sailing, (deep sea) fishing, diving, etc.
